Since traveling to Lofoten requires a bit of a journey, we highly recommend a 5-day stay (E.g Wednesday-to-Sunday). This gives you three full days to experience everything this magical archipelago has to offer.

Suggested 5-Day Itinerary (Spring)

Day 1: Welcome to the Fishing Village
We assist with flights from your preferred departure airport. You will either land at Evenes (where we pick you up in a private coach for a scenic 3-hour drive west through breathtaking landscapes) or fly via Bodø directly to Svolvær (just 30 minutes from Henningsvær). Once arrived, you’ll check into your accommodation and can wrap up the evening with a casual dinner at Trevarefabrikken.

Days 2, 3, and 4: Raw Nature and Vibrant Culture
After a delicious breakfast overlooking the ocean, the group splits up based on personal preferences and activity levels. Some will head out for a fishing trip, while others conquer famous peaks or try their luck catching waves surfing.

After the day’s adventures, we gather for a fantastic after-activity session. The evenings in Henningsvær are magical. We enjoy world-class meals at iconic local spots like Fiskekrogen, Trevarefabrikken, or Henningsvær Bryggehotell. End the night with an intimate live concert or great conversations at the historic Klatrekafeen (The Climber’s Cafe).

Day 5: Homeward Bound with Lifelong Memories
After a relaxed Sunday breakfast, it’s time to pack your bags. The bus will take you back to the airport. Your team will head home filled with fresh inspiration, tighter bonds, and stories that will dominate the lunch breaks for months to come - a trip you will truly remember for a very long time.

When is the best time to visit?

• February – March: Prime time for both the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis), backcountry ski touring, and the traditional winter fishing (Lofotfiske).
• April: The magic "crossover" month. Here, you can combine incredible spring skiing in the high mountains with dry-land and ocean activities by the coast.
• May – September: Perfect for companies wanting a classic spring, summer, or autumn retreat. Ideal for hiking, climbing, horseback riding, kayaking, surfing, and more.
