On our end, we closely monitor the number of participants daily and assess this against the deadlines set by our partners. In the end, we may have to make the difficult decision to cancel your dream trip due to too few sign-ups. This is disappointing for both you and the others who had already taken the step to join. Often, we see that the interest list fills up right after a departure has been canceled, which is why we want to emphasize the importance of signing up early.
If you’re considering joining one of our exciting group trips, there are several good reasons to book early. For group tours that include flights, we typically reserve group tickets up to a year in advance to secure the best possible prices and conditions. Airlines have become stricter with their cancellation deadlines, which means we now have to reduce our group bookings based on the number of registered participants earlier than before. The same applies to land programs and accommodations, as they require rooming lists and final participant numbers at a relatively early stage.
If we don’t have enough participants by these deadlines, we may, in some cases, have to cancel the departure. Then come the inquiries from those disappointed that the trip has been canceled. The more people who hesitate to sign up, the longer it takes for us to guarantee a departure. And the longer it takes to guarantee a departure, the more people delay their booking.

In the worst-case scenario, if we have to cancel your trip, you will have the option to transfer your deposit to another trip or receive a full refund.
