The Atlas mountains in Morocco
Africa may not be the most obvious destination to go mountain biking, but that doesn`t make it less interesting. The Atlas Mountains, located south of the pulsating city of Marrakech, is a paradise for mountain biking, with its spectacular landscapes and flowy trails. There are many places to go mountain biking in the Atlas mountains, and the best riding is mostly at a high altitude. Some favourites are the area around the town of Amizmiz, the Oukaimeden ski area and the Tikla valley.
In Morocco the locals are friendly, the food is great, the scenery is fantastic and the riding unique. What are you waiting for?

Norrøna Canvas - Simple luxury in the heart of Telemark, Norway
Norrøna Canvas is a camp in the wilderness of Telemark in the Southern part of Norway - actually you have to ride trails to get to the camp, as there are no roads. The camp is located in a mountain bike mekka. The trails are super flowy and the surface you ride on is mostly smooth rock formations.
But forget everything you associate with traditional camping: After the riding, you´ll get spoiled with delicious food made from local ingredients, relax in the wood fired sauna, and go for a swim in the lake. Round up the day around the campfire before you go to bed in a luxurious Mongol-inspired yurt.

The Dreamy Dolomites
Go mountain biking between high peaks and in deep valleys. Riding in the Alps is spectacular, and the views will take your breath away. As a mountain biker you would need to enjoy big climbs and big descents. If you need to save energy, you could jump on the gondola or get shuttled by car before you dive down to the valley on twisty trails.
With a high activity level, you need a high intake of carbs. No problem. You are in Italy. Italian cuisine is perfect for cyclists that need to fill up with delicious local specialities like pasta, pizza and gelato in various forms.

Hallingdal mountain bike paradise
Hallingdal is only 1,5 hours from Oslo and houses several great mountain bike spots; Geilo, Ål, Gol, Hemsedal, Høgevarde and Nesbyen. In the valley, there have been many trailbuilding projects in recent years to make mountain biking more accessible and fun for anyone from beginners to experts. When in Hallingdal, it is almost mandatory to try out the 17 kilometer flow trail, “Hallingspranget”. We dare to say it is probably the most flowy trail you will ever ride. And the view is beautiful all the way.
In Hallingdal there is a railway, so you can easily go exploring without having to use a car.
