Stian Johnsen
Stian is a passionate outdoorsman with a love for mountains and good company. As an alpine climber, skier, mountain biker, and trail runner, he's also a certified international Mountain Guide, trained to lead in challenging terrains.
Stian is a certified guide through Nortind, Norway's official representative of the International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations (IFMGA). Nortind-certified guides are experts in steep and alpine activities, including climbing, glacier hiking, mountain skiing, and avalanche assessment, and are qualified to lead and instruct safely in demanding outdoor environments. Trained in first aid by the Armed Forces, Stian also completed certifications in Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS) and Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS). His skills in trauma assessment and emergency response make him well-prepared to handle critical situations in remote and challenging environments. When he’s not out in the mountains, Stian has a fondness for comfort and is happy to whip up a nice dinner or a cup of good coffee!
