Sondre Spone
Sondre grew up in Mjøndalen with the forest as his nearest neighbour, and his interest in the outdoors quickly gained a foothold. He is a versatile type who thrives equally well in the mountains in summer and winter, as in the forest, the climbing wall and on the water.
When on the water he especially enjoyes big waves and rushing rivers, but also beautiful fjords and calm seas are among the favourites. Sondre is educated in outdoor life at the Norwegian Sports Academy, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in the subject. He is also a certified Kayak Activity Leader through the Norwegian Paddling Association NPF. In addition, he is a sworn packrafter, where Akerselva, among other things, is one of his near and dear playgrounds.
