Growing up in the deep forests of Østerdalen in Norway, with a few years abroad and a background in the military, Lars has laid the foundation for many adventures.
Lars has skied to the South Pole, through the Northwest Passage, and has completed several Greenland crossings. He is an experienced trekker with a great sense of humor and always creates a positive atmosphere on long journeys! In 2016, he was named our Guide of the Year, and that same year, he served as the expedition leader for Greenland for the fifth time.
