Kristin Brandtsegg Lome
A geologist by education and mountain guide by heart.
Kristin has a genuine interest and curiosity about nature and the mountains that resulted in a master in Geology. After spending a year learning to climb and ski in Lofoten, her desire to work with nature itself and less in an office pushed her to begin guiding. In the mountains Kristin feels joy and a sense of achievement, and she thrives sharing that experience with others. Kristin has worked at Juvasshytta guiding people over the glacial landscape of Styggebrean to the top of Galdhøpiggen, making sure hikers make it to the top safe and happy. She also enjoys ski tailguiding in the French Alps. Kristin is a good natured and calm, and makes an excellent addition to our team.
