Inger Hilløy Solheim
Inger is a trained nurse and teacher and has been guiding for us since 2012.
Inger is a social person who thrives when traveling with others. Her cheerful demeanor and calm presence make her a delight to journey with, and it certainly doesn't hurt to have a nursing background "in her pack."
She has nearly completed our full tour program, having led hikes to destinations such as Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Base Camp, Bhutan, the Dolomites, the Pyrenees, Mallorca, Madeira, Georgia, Sri Lanka, Darjeeling, Jordan, Corsica, Peru's Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu, and to the summit of Jebel Toubkal in the Atlas Mountains.
Inger has also guided biking trips in Cambodia, Portugal, and Cuba, as well as gorilla tracking expeditions in Rwanda and Uganda. Additionally, she has reached the summit of Stok Kangri (20,182 ft) and Kilimanjaro (19,341 ft).
