Ann-Elin Norddal
Ann-Elin has guided many of our trips, from expeditions across Greenland to high altitude mountains in Africa. She has also worked in the office for a few years and knows our company well.
Ann-Elin started out as a trainee back in 2006 and knows the company well both from the inside and from a guiding perspective. Since then she has qualified for an MSc in International Relations, is a supervisor in leadership development and runs the Nortico Cacao Farm together with her husband in Costa Rica.
Ann-Elin has traveled the world and has great joy and respect for culture and traditions. She is good with people and is keen to create real relationships between the travelers and the local people at the destinations we visit. Ann-Elin has guided many of the trips that we have in our portfolio, from expeditions across Greenland to high altitude mountains in Africa, but from her base in Central America, she has mainly guided our trips in Central and South America for the past ten years.
Ann-Elin was named guide of the year in 2014.
