Joakim feels most at home outdoors—on skis, on mountain hikes, or running in the terrain—and his interests fit well with the adventure experiences we offer. He is a certified ski instructor in both alpine and cross-country skiing and holds an AST2 avalanche certification. His experience in high mountains, including the Andes and Kilimanjaro, has given him solid practical skills in challenging conditions.

Through his studies, work, and travels, Joakim has spent time living in many countries, including Alaska, Canada, Argentina, Japan, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, and India. This has given him valuable cultural insight and a broad perspective. He holds a BA in Development Studies from the University of Oslo and an MA in International Cooperation from Turin, Italy.
