  • Well tasting, high-quality local cuisine

Experience the magic of Sunnmøre – a snow-secure haven with a long ski season and endless touring opportunities! In Sunnmøre, you’ll witness the amazing contrasts between the early arrival of spring by the fjords and winter’s lasting grip on the mountains. Get ready for a memorable week of skiing with certified, local guides who look forward to a week of fun, adventure, and lots of skiing. We start the week at the Sagafjord Hotel, perfectly situated among the Sunnmøre Alps, before continuing to the spectacular Juvet Landscape Hotel in Valldal.

We split the week in two to get the best of Sunnmøre. With its wild peaks and deep valleys, the area around Sagafjord Hotel and Hjørundfjord is a playground for those of us who love skiing. The possibilities are endless, whether we use the car or take the taxi boats across the fjord. For the first three nights, we will sleep and dine well at Sagafjord Hotel. Midway through the week, we cross the fjords and check in at Juvet Landscape Hotel in Valldal, one of Norway’s most unique hotels, surrounded by stunning nature and modern design. We have six full days of skiing, with nearly unlimited touring options. After many days out skiing, we can end the week by relaxing in Juvet’s wellness area with a sauna and hot tub, before we enjoy delicious dinners together, made from local treasures and fresh ingredients.

The itinerary will be adjusted according to snow conditions, avalanche assessments, weather forecasts, and the group’s preferences, so you can experience Sunnmøre at its best.

Day 3:Endless possibilities

Another day of ski touring in the alpine paradise. Perhaps today is the day we’ll cross the fjord to Trandal or Urke? The weather, guide, and snow conditions will determine the day’s destination, but one thing is certain—Sunnmøre’s many options promise a great day. Sæbø has a fjord sauna, so maybe we’ll enjoy a sauna session after skiing, a nice drink, and then a lovely dinner together before turning in.

Day 4:From one paradise to another

After a good breakfast, we’ll check out of our rooms and head to Juvet Landscape Hotel. The drive between the hotels takes about 2.5-3 hours, so we still have plenty of time for activities today. We’ll assess the conditions and decide together whether to make a stop along the way or to go on a trip once we arrive. There are many possibilities today, and we’ll shape the day as we go. When we arrive at Juvet, we’ll check into the iconic Bird Houses or Landscape Rooms and meet again for a 3-course dinner at around 20:00 / 8 PM.
